Cancellation Policy

- if customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days 
- no show if for some reason you are unable to take travel - no refund will be applicable

Cancellation Policy

Within 24 hours from the station departure time: 100 %

- Between 1 to 3 days before station departure time: 20 %

- Between 3 to 7 days before station departure time: 10 %

- Between 7 to 30 days before station departure time: 5 %

- After cancellation of booking amount will be credited to customer account Via payment gateway within next 3 working days. If find any issues, we will directly contact the customer or customer can also contact us via phone and email.
