• In case client paid two times then one amount will be refunded within 5-7 Days of weekdays.

For Tour Code of (AMV, NDAT and HRT):

• Cancellation within 24 hours from Tour Departure Time: Deducted 100% of your booking amount.
• Cancellation between 24 to 72 Hours from Tour Departure Time: Deducted 50% of your booking amount.
• Cancellation Before 72 Hours of Tour Departure Time: Deducted 10% of your booking amount.

For Tour Code of (GT-JA, MRHT and GJWT):

• Cancellation within 3 days from Tour Departure Time: Deducted 100% of your booking amount.
• Cancellation between 4 to 7 Days from Tour Departure Time: Deducted 50% of your booking amount.
• Cancellation before 7 Days from Tour Departure Time: Deducted 10% of your booking amount.

For Tour Code of (KPT, SKCK, SMRC, MRC, CMDKA, SAPT, BKHR and GYKBYT):

• Cancellation within 15 Days from Tour Departure Time: Deducted 100% of your booking amount.
• Cancellation between 16 to 30 Days from Tour Departure Time: Deducted 50% of your booking amount.
• Cancellation Before 30 Days from Tour Departure Time: Deducted 10% of your booking amount.

After Cancellation booking amount will be credited into bank account by the same payment gateway within 5-7 Days of working days. If find any issues then we will directly contact to customer Via Phone or Email I’d or else Customer can contact us

• Cancellation between 3 to 4 days Before Station Departure Time: Deducted 25% of your booking amount.
• Cancellation After 4 Days Before Station Departure Time: Deducted 10% of your booking amount.
