Overview

Amer Fort:- Amer Fort is a fort located in Amer, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Amer is a town with an area of 4 square kilometres (1.5 sq mi) located 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) from Jaipur the capital of Rajasthan. Constructed of red sandstone and marble, the attractive, opulent palace is laid out on four levels, each with a courtyard. It consists of the Diwan-i-Aam, or "Hall of Public Audience", the Diwan-i-Khas, or "Hall of Private Audience", the Sheesh Mahal (mirror palace), or Jai Mandir, and the Sukh Niwas where a cool climate is artificially created by winds that blow over a water cascade within the palace. Hence, the Amer Fort is also popularly known as the Amer Palace. The palace was the residence of the Rajput Maharajas and their families. At the 37th session of the World Heritage Committee held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, in 2013, Amer Fort, along with five other forts of Rajasthan, was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of the group Hill Forts of Rajasthan.

 

City Palace:- The city palace is famous for its architecture and it’s a picturesque for visitors. This palace view would cost  just INR 100 for Indian’s and INR 500 for Foreigners. Once you are in pink City, you will naturally be inclined to visiting city palace .It was Constructed by Sawai Jai Singh between 1729 and 1732 AD. The palace Complex comprises of Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal. Now, Chandra Mahal has been Converted into museum that houses exclusive handcrafted products and other products that depict the cultural heritage of the Kingdom. You will be struck by the glories of pink City.

 

Hawa Mahal:- The Hawa  Mahal is one of the main landmark of Jaipur. A stunning presentation of the rich architectural expertise of the past, Hawa Mahal is not to miss tourist places in Jaipur. It I located at a stone throw away from the Commercial Center of Pink City, Hawa Mahal is considered as the landmark of Jaipur. Known as the palace of winds. The main reason to built Hawa Mahal was to facilitate Rajput women’s who were not allowed to appear in public places. It is for women’s benefit that the Hawa Mahal was built, Complete with small windows and Screened balconies. This gave the women a sense of freedom.

 

Jal Mahal:- This is possibly the most serene sight amidst the chaos of Jaipur is the beautiful Jal Mahal Jaipur, the water palace situated in the middle of the mansagar Lake, Jal Mahal is another architectural delight that Jaipur has to offer, it was built in by maharaja Jai Singh in the 18th century, as a hunting lodge and summer retreat. It’s beautifully decorated hallways and the fragrant Chameli Bagh would  are enough to impress any visitors. Walls of the. Jal Mahal are at a stark contrast to the deep blue of the waters of the lake, while from the innards of the palace lush foliage sprouts.

 

Fatehpur Sikri:- Fatehpur Sikri, also known to be Capital of Mughal Empire was built by King Akbar. It is one of the World Heritage Centre of UNESCO. The Style of The monument was designed on Timurid forms and styles. Important Buildings Like Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, DIwan-i-Aam are important from religious and secular perspective. It is a Town located near Agra. It was built when Emperor Akbar served the role. It was built when Akbar’s Son Jahangir was born and to commemorate the sheik’s prediction of birth. The name from itself explains it is the City of Victory.

 

Taj Mahal:- Taj Mahal the jewel of Muslim art in India is one of the great places to visit in Agra situated near the bank of River Yamuna and called as the symbol of love. It is the monument built by King Shah Jahan for his Begum Mumtaz. Taj Mahal Means the Crown of Palaces in the Persian Language. It is a Unesco world heritage site. It is the great achievement in the Indo Islamic Architecture.It covers the land over 60 bighas and is made from white marble obtained from Makrana in Rajasthan. The construction took place from 1631 to 1648. It is a completely symmetrical building which emphasizes Bilateral Symmetry. The water fountains and channels at the entrance are spectacular.

 

Agra Fort:- Agra Fort also know is Red Fort, It's designed during the time of 16th Century, an era marked by the invasions and fortifications. The place where power was symbolised by building grand palaces and forts. It is situated near the gardens of Taj Mahal. It is also known as Red Fort of Agra build from red sandstones. There are Jahangir Palace and Khas Palace and a grand hall of audience Diwan-i-khas. It is an ode to the great and rich legacy of the Mughals Agra fort for residence to the Mughals till 1638 when capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi.

 

Krishna Janam Bhumi(Mathura):- Krishna’s birth place is a major religious place of Mathura where followers of Hindu religion consider Lord Krishna as the birth place. It is also surrounded in disputes because Jama Masjid, which is attached to it, is a religious place for Muslims. Lord Sri Krishna's birthplace is not only important at the national level, but it is known only from the birthplace of Mathura Lord Sri Krishna at the global level.Today, this grand attraction is established by the inspiration of Mahamna Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya ji. From the point of view of tourism, from abroad also come everyday for Lord Krishna's philosophy. Lord Krishna sees a large number of citizens in the world as adorable and come to see them.
